Corporate design is the part of corporate identity that makes a company visible. It serves customers and potential customers alike to offer fast, unmistakable recognition of a company or of a product.

Many small and midsize companies, however, do not exploit fully the opportunities inherent in the corporate design. This means a lack of orientation for customers and potential customers and perhaps even points them in the direction of competitors. Barbara Schwarz will use some examples and concrete applications to explain what makes a coherent corporate design and what impact it has.
